Dentists offer free mouth cancer examinations

Over 700 dental surgeries across the country will be offering free mouth cancer examinations today in a bid to create more awareness of the disease.

Three hundred cases of mouth cancer are diagnosed in Ireland each year, with over 100 people dying from the illness.
