Four charged following Galway drugs seizure

Four men have been charged over the seizure of €750,000 worth of cannabis plants in Galway on Saturday.

Two other suspects, a man and a woman, remain in garda custody in Galway.

All six were arrested after Gardai from the Divisional Drug Unit carried out searches in Tuam and Oughterard as part of a planned operation targeting the sale and supply of controlled drugs in the Western Region.
