Businesses encouraged to use Facebook

Irish businesses are being encouraged to use Facebook to attract customers.

A report from Deloitte, published earlier this year, shows that the growth of the social networking site along with smart phones has generated 4,500 jobs in Ireland - 800 of which are in the small and medium enterprise sector.
