NI engineering firm cuts 760 jobs

Up to 760 jobs are to go at engineering firm FG Wilson in the North.

The plant is moving its main production of generators from Belfast and Larne to China.

The loss of almost a quarter of its workforce will be completed by the end of this year across all four of its sites in the North.

It is not yet known if the losses will affect the firm's Dublin operations.
