Gardaí not treating Grand Canal death as suspicious

A post mortem examination is being carried out on the body of a man recovered from the Grand Canal in Dublin this morning.

His remains were spotted in the water at Baggot Street Bridge at around 7am and Gardaí say at this stage they are not treating his death as suspicious.
