Dublin man discovers second Irish supernova
A Dublin man has discovered a supernova, Ireland's second such find.
A long time ago, in a galaxy far away, a star exploded and 123 million years later, the light from this exploding star was seen by amateur astronomer David Grennan, from his observatory in Raheny.
