Funeral of three brothers takes place today

The funerals of three victims of the Co Offaly car crash will take place today.

Brothers David, Darren and Ryan Doyle, who were from Na Cluainte in Portarlington, were killed in a car accident last Friday evening.

The brothers' remains will be brought back to their native hometown of Killinarden in Tallaght, Co. Dublin this morning.

Requiem mass will take place at 12 midday in the Church of Sacred Heart, Killinarden, followed by a funeral at Newlands cross crematorium.

The brothers aged 27, 24 and 17 were killed when the car they were travelling collided with a mini-bus just outside Tullamore last Friday.

Their friend and driver of the car, Lee Bryan aged 24, from Na Cluainte, Portarlington, was also killed in the two-vehicle crash.

His funeral is due to take place tomorrow in Portarlington.
