Quinn nephew 'will not return'

The nephew of bankrupt billionaire Sean Quinn will not be returning to the Republic of Ireland, his father has revealed.

Peter Darragh Quinn, who was sentenced to jail in his absence last month after failing to turn up at a court in Dublin, intends to remain in the North - and out of reach of the civil authorities.
