A 47-year-old man has been remanded in custody after being accused of trying to kill police officers during 12th of July trouble in north Belfast.

A 47-year-old man has been remanded in custody after being accused of trying to kill police officers during 12th of July trouble in north Belfast.

Thomas McWilliams, from Northwick Drive in Ardoyne, is also charged with having an assault rifle.
