Magee departure expected to be confirmed in next hour

Cathal Magee's departure from the role of HSE Chief Executive is expected to be confirmed in the next hour.

Sweeping changes to the structure of the organisation are due to be announced at a press briefing this morning.

It's after the Troika last week warned the HSE about overspending to the tune of €280m in the first half of the year.
