GOAL boss O'Shea secures order to prevent move to remove him from charity

The CEO of GOAL John O'Shea has secured a temporary High Court order stopping any move by the agency to suspend him.

Lawyers representing Mr O'Shea told the court the GOAL founder feared there would be a "concerted action" to remove him at a board meeting that was scheduled to take place yesterday.
