Ulster CEO apologises for IT problems

Ulster Bank CEO Jim Brown has broken his silence on the IT problems which have left customers facing serious problems with their accounts.

In his first public comments on the debacle today Mr Brown said the bank is aiming to fix the issues which have affected automatic payments by early next week.
