The father of two young children killed by a speeding Irish motorist in Hungary has launched a scathing attack on an extradition ruling by the Supreme Court last week.

The majority decision marks the second failed attempt to extradite Dublin accountant Ciaran Tobin, who was sentenced in his absence to three years in prison over the fatal road accident in April 2000.
