Adam Clayton has denied he asked his former personal assistant to buy things on her credit card to preserve the credit limit on his.

The U2 bass guitarist told defence counsel Ken Fogarty SC that the limit on his credit card is €25,000 and on numerous occasions, his card had been declined.
