Second bank experiences technical issue

National Irish Bank has confirmed that it experienced a technical issue this morning on its systems.

It comes as the RBS Group, which owns Ulster Bank, warns of "bumps in the road", even though it claims to have fixed the technical fault that prevented customers accessing their cash.
