Ulster Bank not expecting to be fully operational tomorrow

Ulster Bank is still battling to clear the backlog after a technical fault emerged at the financial institution five days ago.

It has issued a statement today in which it says it does not expect to be fully operational tomorrow, as had previously been assured.
