McGrath attacks Central Bank 'silence' over Ulster Bank issue

A question mark remains over whether Ulster Bank will resolve a technical problem, which has impacted on more than 100,000 customers.

The glitch prevented the automatic payments of salary and social welfare cheques in recent days and it had been hoped the issues would be resolved by Monday morning.
