Man charged in connection with Dublin drugs seizure

A 44-year old man has been charged in connection with a drugs seizure in Dublin.

10 Kilos of MEC - a synthetic stimulant - were found by Gardai during the search of an apartment at Slaney House on Gill Street on Wednesday.

The haul is thought to have an estimated street value of €350,000.

A 42-year old woman who was also arrested in connection with the find has been released without charge.

The man is due to appear in court tomorrow morning.
