Man admits possessing ammunition
A man has pleaded guilty on the date of his trial at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to possession of 31 rounds of ammunition.
Joseph Warren (aged 30) of Belclare Crescent, Ballymun admitted to the possession of bullets of various kinds at Poppintree Park, Ballymun on July 19, 2009. The plea came as his trial was due to begin.
He was granted bail pending sentencing in October. He was ordered to sign on daily at his local garda station and obey a nighttime curfew.
