Health Minister: Size of waiting list problem 'pretty horrifying'

Health Minister Dr James Reilly has today described the length of the waiting lists for hospital outpatients as "pretty horrifying".

The HSE has revealed that 178,000 people are on out-patient waiting lists, with 316 people waiting longer than four years for an appointment.
