Air Corps officer wins appeal against dismissal
An Air Corps officer who was dismissed from the Defence Forces for verbally abusing his superior has won an appeal against his dismissal.
Commandant Nile Donohoe was the first officer to be dismissed in more than 20 years after a court martial found him guilty of using threatening or insulting language to a superior officer.
