Tallaght Hospital interim board accepts HIQA findings

The interim board of Tallaght Hospital has accepted the findings of the HIQA investigation into the quality, safety and governance of care given to adults requiring acute admission at the hospital.

The interim board of Tallaght Hospital has accepted the recommendations of the HIQA investigation into the hospital "in their totality".

Tallaght Hospital CEO Eilis Hardiman said the findings were serious and far-reaching.
