Philip Doyle (aged 34) of Tinakilly, Aughrim, Co. Wicklow had pleaded not guilty at the Central Criminal Court to murdering Ross Murphy at 3 Creagh Demesne, Gorey, Co. Wexford on April 5, 2005.
