Financier Ted Cunningham is facing a retrial on charges of laundering money stolen in the Northern Bank raid.

The 63-year-old from Farran, Co Cork, has won an appeal against 10 convictions connected with the £26.5m robbery in Belfast in December 2004, including one charge of laundering STG£2.4m from the Northern Bank raid was quashed.
