Kinsealy up for sale

The former home of ex-Taoiseach Charles J Haughey is up for sale with a pricetag of €7.5m.

The Georgian mansion is set on 247 acres of land at Kinsealy in north county Dublin.

Abbeville House has 14 bedrooms, six reception rooms and a ballroom, all spread over four floors.

Among those entertained by the Haughey family at Abbeville were Margaret Thatcher, Colonel Gadaffi and Luciano Pavarotti.
