Suspect devices found in Kildare, Limerick
The army bomb disposal team are continuing to investigate a suspect device found in Rathangan in Co. Kildare this morning.
The suspicious object was discovered about a mile outside the town, on the road to Edenderry, at around 10am.
Meanwhile, in Limerick a pipe bomb was found outside a house at around 9am this morning, in Sean Heuston Place.
The bomb had already exploded by the time the army bomb disposal team arrived at the scene - but no one was injured.
Gardai are investigating.
