Man found injured on roadside in Cork city
Gardaí in Cork are investigating after a man in his early 30s was found on the roadside with serious injuries earlier this afternoon.
The man was taken by ambulance to Cork University Hospital after he was discovered on Kerry Hall road in Fairhill at 2.30pm.
It is believed he was stabbed and the scene is now preserved for a technical examination.
Gardaí at Gurranabraher station are appealing for anyone who may have been in the area between 2pm and 2.45pm this afternoon to come forward.
