'Ghost' housing estate set for sale with €40,000 reserve price

An unfinished housing estate is among the items going under the hammer at the Allsopp Space property auction in Dublin this morning.

The Woodlands development in Ballyjamesduff, Co Cavan, has a reserve price of no more than €40,000 and comprises of four partially-finished houses and planning permission for 31 townhouses.
