Fuel spill delays traffic in Cork

In Cork, the Tramore Road in Togher is blocked due to an incident east of the Pouladuff Road junction.

There is a fuel spill also in the area.

It has adding to congestion already caused by poor weather conditions.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
