Hobbs calls for end to 'extend and pretend' on insolvency legislation

Financial commentator Eddie Hobbs has said that the delay in enacting new personal insolvency legislation is leading to the destruction of family life and, in some cases, suicide.

The Government has published details of new laws allowing for debt settlement options and bankruptcy reform.
