Young woman dies after Cork car accident

A woman in her 20s has died following a crash on the M8 in Cork this morning.

She was a back-seat passenger in a car travelling to the airport at around 6.15am this morning, when the car and a truck were in collision when travelling in the same direction near the toll plaza on the M8 between the Rathcormac and Watergrasshill junctions.
