A jury has been discharged ahead of the trial of a Dublin man charged with murdering another Dubliner in Ballyfermot almost five years ago.

Martin Toland (aged 36) of Walkinstown Park has pleaded not guilty to murdering 28-year-old Alan Nolan at Cedar Brook Walk on September 8, 2007.
