Oireachtas members meet with women forced to travel for abortions

Four women who were forced to leave the country to have an abortion during difficult pregnancies met 25 politicians in Leinster House today.

Jenny McDonald, Ruth Bowie, Amanda Mellet and Arlette Lyons shared their stories in a bid to highlight the plight of women who are denied the right to a termination in life-threatening circumstances.
