Experts to address road safety conference in Dublin

A road safety conference in Dublin this morning will discuss driver rehabilitation and recidivist behaviour.

Experts working in the area of road safety in a number of countries across Europe will address the meeting at Dublin Castle, which is being hosted by the Road Safety Authority (RSA).
