Union of Students call for renegotiation of Croke Park Agreement
Delegates at the Union of Students in Ireland national congress have passed a motion calling for the renegotiation of the Croke Park Agreement.
Students attending the congress in Galway voted 126 to 34 in favour of the motion.
USI President Gary Redmond - whose term comes to an end in July - said the Croke Park Agreement is "unrealistic" and "clearly damaging the quality of higher education in Ireland" in the current economic climate.
