House prices continue fall

House prices have dropped by more than 7% in the first three months of the year, according to a property website.

MyHome.ie said the fall was the fastest quarterly decline in three years and resulted in the annual drop of 15.8% – to 219,000 euro nationally and €248,000 in Dublin.
