Ban on hospital clamping among Oireachtas Committee proposals

An end to unregulated clamping has come a step closer today after an Oireachtas Committee made 38 recommendations to Transport Minister Leo Varadkar.

A ban on clamping in hospitals and fully regulating all operators whether they clamp on public or private property are among the proposals.
