Gardaí are investigating a serious crash which closed a section of the N11 in Co Wicklow.

Gardaí are investigating a serious crash which closed a section of the N11 in Co Wicklow.

The single vehicle collision happened around 8am today near NewtownmountKennedy.

The sole occupant - a man - has been taken to Loughlinstown hospital.

The road is currently closed between exit 12 and exit 13 and diversions are in place.
