Major fuel spill on M9 Waterford to Dublin Rd

Motorists are being advised to drive with extreme care on the M9 Waterford to Dublin Rd in the northbound lane, because of a miles-long fuel spill there.

The spill is in the left lane and stretches from J3 Athy for approx 16kms.

The council has been informed.
