Gardaí released a man they were questioning in connection with the killing of Stephen Hanaphy in Co Louth two years ago.

Gardaí released a man they were questioning in connection with the killing of Stephen Hanaphy in Co Louth two years ago.

The 20-year-old, also known as Stephen Lyndon, died after a gun attack in the Sliabh Breagh estate of Ardee in October 2010.

A 23-year-old man was detained in the Drogheda area yesterday morning. He was released without charge late last night.

A file is being prepared for the DPP.
