Cargo ship skipper charged over collision with ferry

The captain of a cargo ship is being charged following a collision with a passenger ferry in Belfast Lough.

The 55-year-old is appearing before magistrates tomorrow accused of being over the alcohol limit.

Both vessels suffered damage, but no one was injured and the ferry was able to safely complete its journey.
