Gardaí in Dublin are continuing to question a 19-year-old man in connection with an investigation into internet hacking.

The teenager, who is originally from Co. Offaly, was arrested yesterday and is being questioned at Terenure Garda station, where he can be held for up to 24 hours.

It came as the FBI named two Irish men - one aged 19, the other 25 - on an indictment charge in connection with the activities of the LulzSec hacking group.

LulzSec members have been linked to major hacks - including the Sony website, and computers used by Fox TV on the 'X-Factor' - as well as hack on the Fine Gael website.
