Minister to visit murder victim's family during Malawi trip

Minister of State for Trade and Development Joe Costello will pay his respects to the family of a Malawian woman killed in Dublin during a visit to her home country.

Rudo Mawere’s body was found stuffed in a travel bag on Blackhorse Avenue in January. She was fully clothed with a plastic bag over her head.
