Treasury Holdings will be at the High Court today in an attempt to overturn NAMA's appointment of receivers to take control of parts its property portfolio.

It includes real estate in Dublin's Docklands, St Stephen's Green, Ballymun and beyond, which have been pledged as security for NAMA loans of €500m.
