Cyclist seriously hurt in Dublin accident

A cyclist is still being treated for serious injuries after he was knocked off his bike by a car in Dublin's inner city earlier.

Gardaí have now reopened Upper Abbey St after the accident. Luas Red Line services are operating again, with some delays between Smithfield and Saggart/Tallaght.
