A Dublin man convicted of a gangland drive-by murder today has won the right to appeal his case to the Supreme Court.

Craig White with an address at O'Devaney Gardens was jailed for life in 2009 for his role in the shooting of Noel Roche, who was gunned down while sitting in the passenger seat of a Ford Mondeo car on the Clontarf Road on November 15, 2005.
