A new survey by Candidate Manager shows employers are moving away from the traditional methods of advertising vacant posts, and 47% now attract staff through corporate websites or online job boards.

A new survey shows employers are continuing to move away from the traditional methods of advertising vacant posts, and 47% now attract staff through corporate websites or online job boards.

Just 5% believe "networking and using local press" is the most effective way to fill positions. These methods were previously seen as the best ways of attracting new staff.
