Man arrested in connection with Noonan killing

Dublin gardaí have arrested a man in his 20s this evening in connection with the killing of a man who was abducted from a Dublin street.

The body of 29-year-old Ciaran Noonan was found in a ditch in Co Meath last November, after he was kidnapped from the East Wall area of the city on October 20.

The man is being held at Store Street garda station in the capital under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

He is the 12th person to be arrested as part of the investigation.
