A District Court judge has refused to strike out the case against Rose Lynch, who is accused of the murder of David Darcy.

A District Court judge has refused to strike out the case against Rose Lynch, who is accused of the murder of David Darcy.

Mr Darcy was shot dead outside his Dublin home last November.
