The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has appointed Mr Niall Cody as the country's new Revenue Commissioner.

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has appointed Mr Niall Cody as the country's new Revenue Commissioner.

He succeeds Mr Michael O'Grady, who recently retired.

Mr Cody's appointment is for seven years and has an annual salary of €180,000.
